3. Purpose of processing, legal basis of the processing
The purpose of the use of the Website is the advertising and ordering of the products (tubs and saunas) (hereinafter – the Goods) manufactured by the Controller in line with the features selected by the User. To order the Goods, we require the User’s name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, payment type (in cash or by bank transfer), delivery type (received on premises or delivery to the User). If the User provides the above data to the Controller by using the Website contact form, e-mail or other types of mail, we will store and use this information to prepare and send an invoice, manufacture and deliver the Goods to the User. Likewise, the processing of the above data is required to identify the customer; prepare, conclude and prove the fact of conclusion of the contract; ensuring/maintaining the service provision; customer service; review and processing of applications and complaints; payment administration and other purposes directly related to the conclusion or execution of contracts. The legal basis for data processing is the Regulation Article 6(1)(b), which provides that the data processing is lawful if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The Website collects data about the Website visitors to allow the Website operator
to assess how useful is the Website and how it can be improved. The Controller continuously improves the Website in order to improve its usability, therefore, the Controller must know what information is important to the Website users, how often they visit the Website, what devices and browsers they use, where are they located and what content they like to read. we have a legal obligation to continue to store such data (for example, among other things,
for accounting purposes or legal proceedings). Unless provided otherwise, the cookies are stored until the purpose of their collection is met and then they are deleted.
10. Data subject’s access to personal data
Within one month from the submission of the relevant request, the data subject shall be entitled to gain
access to the data subject’s personal data. The user may submit a request to exercise their rights in writing in person,
at the registered address of the Controller (by presenting a personal identification documents) or by e-mail, by signing it with a secure electronic signature; Upon receiving the User’s request regarding their rights of access, the Controller shall check the identity of the User, review the request and execute it in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The User is entitled to receive the information pursuant to the provisions of the law regarding the processing of their data, has the right to request access to their personal data and to request the Controller to supplement, correct or delete the data, restrict the processing or to object to the processing, in so far as such right is not contrary to the purpose of the data collection (conclusion or execution of contracts). The data subject shall not be entitled to receive information, if the disclosed of such information is prohibited pursuant to the national security, public safety, criminal law, as well as in order to ensure the state’s financial interests in tax matters or the monitoring of the participants of financial markets and macro-economic analysis.
